01Bookings and cancellations
- Please arrive on time and cancel visits with at least 48 hours’ notice.
- Cancelling less than 24 hours before the appointment, or not attending without notifying the studio, is charged at 100% of the treatment price.

02Health and safety
- Before the treatment the client is obliged to tell the therapist about illnesses, injuries, pregnancy, allergies, medication taken and any other contraindications.
- The therapist has the right to refuse a treatment where there are health contraindications.
- Massage does not replace a medical consultation or medical treatment.
03During the treatment
- Treatments are chosen individually to the client’s needs.
- The client should report pain or discomfort during the treatment and may ask for it to be stopped at any time.
- The effects of treatments are individual and are not guaranteed.
04Hygiene and respect
- The studio provides clean textiles and appropriate hygiene conditions.
- Privacy and appropriate covering of the body are maintained during the treatment.
- Inappropriate or sexual behaviour is not acceptable.
05Payments
- Payment is made according to the current price list.
- Additional services must be agreed in advance.
06Personal data
- The client’s personal data and health information are treated as confidential and processed in accordance with applicable data protection regulations.
