HOW OFTEN MASSAGE

How often should you have a massage? A practical guide

It is one of the questions we hear most often at the studio. The answer depends on your goal, your lifestyle and the type of treatment.

How often should you have a massage? A practical guide

Relaxation massage

To relax and feel better, a visit every 3–4 weeks is enough. Regular sessions do more than one long treatment every six months.

Sports and deep tissue massage

With intensive training or persistent tension, visits every 1–2 weeks work well at first, then every 3–4 weeks to maintain the results.

Drainage and maderotherapy

These treatments are usually planned as a course, e.g. once or twice a week for a few weeks. We will agree an exact plan together after your first consultation.
